Refund & Cancellation Policy

Halo + Honey Beauty Institute strives to provide a clear and fair enrollment experience for all students and clients.

Enrollment deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward a future class date, subject to institute approval and availability.

Tuition refunds for licensing programs are administered in accordance with applicable Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) guidelines and the terms outlined in each student's Enrollment Agreement. Students have the right to cancel enrollment and may be eligible for a refund based on program participation, attendance, and state regulations.

For Student Clinic appointments and beauty services, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide proper notice may result in cancellation fees or forfeiture of appointment deposits.

Retail products may be eligible for exchange or replacement at the discretion of Halo + Honey Beauty Institute.

Halo + Honey Beauty Institute reserves the right to enforce all enrollment, attendance, payment, and cancellation policies to ensure fairness and availability for all students, models, and clients.
